In Qlik Cloud you inventory an app the slow way: click through the app overview, note which sheets are public, and read owners one at a time. Private sheets owned by someone else you cannot even see. To get a real list of objects and owners you fall back on the QRS or REST API and query app by app — a script, not a screen.
